Join a free 8 week programme deisgned specifically for women who have had breast cancer surgery at any time in their lives.
Encore is a national programme run by the YWCA,125 year old community based organisation. Safe,fun therapeutic and conducted by women. Encore incorporates gentle exercises,relaxation techniques,information and support.

February is the start of our Snap! tours led by Kyle Dalton. They wil run on the 11/12th and the 18/19th Feb at a cost of $2 per tour. The tours will start 11am at the Museum and will last for approximately 1 hour. Saturday tours emcompasses Queens Park and the Sunday tour focuses on the city area.
